As the first class to participate in "free education" in Ireland, our class was the largest Summerhill had seen up until that time with over 140 students graduating in 1972.

After traveling to Sligo in May, 2002 to celebrate a 30 year reunion of sorts, I wanted to create a place where we could all revisit those great years when Led Zeppelin was a new band and the only group Paul McCartney had been in was the Beatles. The only drug that existed (at least as far as I could tell) was alcohol and we spent the majority of our time "dossing." ("Walking around more or less aimlessly" for those who are unfamiliar with the term) They were the best of times.....
